Pipe Covers (also know as Pipe Ferrules or Pipe Roses) are a neat and attractive solution for when radiator (or other) pipes have to travel through a hard flooring type. It's often impossible to create a neat hole for the pipe to pass through so placing our pipe covers around the pipe hides any rough or untidy edges.

Manufactured from one piece of timber and laser cut to provide a near invisible join that is open and closed like a jigsaw piece. Simply slide the two pieces apart, place around the pipe and then slide back together.

Sold in pairs (enough for one radiator). Overall diameter is 50mm and the hole is suitable for pipes up to 17mm in diameter.

Various finishes available, including lacquered, raw/unfinished and oiled.

Cover for hiding untidy edges around radiator pipes. Suitable for pipes no more than 18mm in diameter.

Oak Radiator Pipe Covers

Radiator Pipe Rings to Cover Holes Created by Heating Pipes

Ever been left with an ugly hole in your beautiful floor where heating pipes have had to drop through? If so, we've literally got you covered. Weatherbar's Pipe Covers are solid oak and laser cut for a near invisible join. Slide them apart like two jigsaw pieces, place one either side of the pipe and then simply slide back together.

50mm overall diameter with an internal hole to suit pipes up to approximately 18mm.

All About - Grading

Let's keep it simple. We only use Prime Grade timber.

The best from the most prestigious and reliable suppliers across the globe. Hardwood is never perfect, but ours is close.

All About - Oak

Oak is a hardwood of the Quercus genus and comes in many different species.

At Weatherbar we only use Prime Grade American White, American Red & European Oak species. Oak is strong, hard and mechanically sound making it the ideal timber for construction materials, flooring and furniture.

Sawdust & Recycling

In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint and be as environmentally friendly as possible, we collect all of our chippings and sawdust to make in to briquettes.

These briquettes are then sold or used to heat our factory during the winter!

Sustainability: Our Promise

Sadly, we live in a world where the origin of some timber (particularly hardwoods) cannot always be verified. Especially exotic hardwood that comes in to the UK from the Far East, South America & Africa.

Deforestation and the illegal harvesting of timber is a serious issue and should be a concern to everyone as the stewards of our planet. This is the reason we take such a hard stance on the origin of the timber materials we use.

Through the various industrial bodies that are available, we strive to ensure all of the timber we use has been removed from forests and woodland in a responsible and ethical manner. That way we can pass on peace of mind to our customers that everything you buy from us is sustainable and certified.

Fitting Instructions:
Oak Radiator Pipe Covers

Minimal preparation, beautiful finish. Fix & forget philosophy, walk away without worry of having to return to replace or repair our products.

Tools Required

Tools you'll need for the job:

  • A Pair of Hands!

Take your time, prepare well, measure twice and cut once!

Weatherbar Radiator Pipe Covers are quick and simple to fit. Prepare your area by cleaning and dusting and then simply slide the two parts of the pipe cover over each other to form the circular shape around your pipes.

Method

1.Preparation

Clear the working area of dust and debris so there is nothing likely to get trapped under the pipe cover after fitting. Ensure that the size of the hole being covered is not too big for the 50mm diameter of the profile. Ensure your pipes are not wider than 18mm in diameter.

2.Fixing

Separate the two pieces of the pipe cover by sliding them up and down away from each other. Once separated, place them around the pipe and reverse the action to slide them back together. When correctly put back together, the join should be virtually invisible.

3.Fixed

When fixed properly in place, the pipe cover should be flat over the hole it's covering with the two pieces level so as the join is invisible. We wouldn't advise sticking the pipe cover in place as being easy to remove could be beneficial in the future.
